Evaluation

“Social media marketing is about creating content that brings your audience together as a community and inspires authentic conversations while increasing your brand's awareness.” Krystal Wu,   To measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, we will track the increase in followers on Instagram and Twitter. If there is high interaction with our posts, this will indicate student interest and engagement. We will also track attendance at workshops, classes, and nutrition seminars by seeing how many students sign up using Google Forms and how many come. Sending out surveys about students' likes and dislikes is also essential because we want to cater to their interests. By carefully tracking metrics such as social media engagement, program participation, and customer feedback, we can start to evaluate whether we are successful.

The evaluation portion cements the process as a
fully comprehensive and circular
marketing plan.

This phase could include a discussion on:
- Metrics
-Contingency

Marketing campaigns rarely occur without unexpected issues. To mitigate risks and adapt to changing circumstances, we will use secondary platforms such as Facebook, Canvas or Email to maintain communication with our students. If something happens that we cannot post on social media, we will create flyers and posters and put them around campus. We will analyze and revise our content if student engagement is low. We could improve it by creating more interactive posts like polls or live Q&A sessions.
